A Simple Process from Idea to Production
Submit Your Idea or Design
Clients can begin the process by sharing their concept or project idea.
Submissions may include:
Architectural drawings
Sketches
Design concepts
Production Drawings & Approval
If the project proceeds, detailed production drawings and technical documentation are prepared.
Where required, engineering documentation may also be developed to ensure structural performance and compliance.
3D Printing Production
The structure is then produced using large-scale concrete 3D printing technology.
Depending on the project, components may be printed:
As individual modular sections
As complete structural units
Delivery or Collection
Once production is complete, finished components can be:
Delivered directly to the project site
Installed as part of a larger project
Collected from Habitat 3D facilities.
Project Review & Feasibility
Once the concept is received, our team evaluates the design and prepares a feasibility review to determine how the structure could be produced using 3D concrete printing.
This stage helps confirm whether the project is suitable for the technology and identifies the most efficient production approach.
